Orders outside the UK and EU are required to pay import duties and taxes, for which the customer is liable.

Online returns:
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to request a full refund on any sunglasses, opticals, or accessories within 14 days of delivery. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship it back. Please note, we do not currently offer exchanges for online orders.

When purchased online, our optical frames come with clear demo lenses. We offer prescription lenses for opticals and sunglasses in all six Cutler and Gross stores. Visit us for lenses using an existing prescription or have a comprehensive eye exam carried out by our team of expert optometrists. Alternatively, you can take your frame to a local optician to fit your prescription.
