Try At Home
Matching frame to face shape can feel like a puzzle sometimes. We recognise that it’s not always as simple as browsing a web page and adding to cart. Vision is personal. The weight and feel of a frame might cause you to choose something classic, or veer towards the unexpected.
Our Try At Home service removes the guesswork.
Receive three frames of your choice and spend up to three days testing them in your everyday surroundings. Only available for customers based in the United States.
How Does It Work?
Step one: Explore our collection of sunglasses and opticals and choose up to three frames to try at home.
Step two: Call our New York flagship store, ask for the Try At Home service and specify the frames. A member of the team will arrange the box and take a card payment to cover the cost of shipping and return.
Step three: Once you receive your Try At Home box in the mail, you have three days to test them.
Step four: If you decide to keep a frame(s), please call the original store to let them know. Payment will be charged to the original card used for shipping.
Step five: To return the frames you do not want, please place them back into the original box and seal the package. Stick the pre-paid shipping label on the front.
Step six: And finally, drop the box off at your nearest FedEx location.
The Try At Home service is currently only available for customers in the United States, where orders are sent from our New York SoHo store.
The Try At Home box will include instructions. However, if you have any issues, please contact the store.
