Delivery and returns
Delivery:
Free Worldwide Shipping
Free standard shipping for all orders with DHL or FedEx. The below delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to change. They may vary depending on the delivery location.
Customers able to select between two shipping options and rates:
Standard: Free of charge.
- UK: 3 to 5 working days
- US: 3 to 5 working days
- EU: 3 to 5 working days
- RoW: 3 to 10 working days
Express:
- UK (£8): 2 to 3 working days
- US ($25): 2 to 4 working days
- EU (15€): 2 to 4 working days
- RoW ($35): 2 to 6 working days
We aim to ship your order no more than 24 hours after it has been placed, however if it is placed on a Friday afternoon, it will not be shipped until the following Monday.
All orders on cutlerandgross.com are shipped from our UK and EU warehouses Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
Online returns:
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund or exchange on any sunglasses, opticals or accessories. Your order must be shipped back and received by Cutler and Gross within 14 days of your original delivery. Please note, Cutler and Gross do not cover the cost of returns, and will not refund the shipping costs, or any customs import duties and taxes.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received. Refund requirements below:
- The return request is accompanied by a valid receipt or invoice number.
- The item(s) must not have been personalised or made to a customer’s specification.
- The item(s) must be unworn and in their original, undamaged condition.
- All items must be returned including the frame, case and cleaning cloth.
- In the case of opticals, the cost of prescription lenses cannot be refunded as these are made bespoke to each customer.
To request a return, please log in to the Returns Portal here. You will need to supply your email address and 4 digits of your order number that follow #ONL.
You have the option to return your order in full, or exchange for another product and receive an additional 15% credit towards your next purchase.
Within the Returns Portal, you will be directed to choose and download your returns label.
Once your return has been received, checked and approved, a full refund or exchange will be processed. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@cutlerandgross.com.

Prescription Lenses
When purchased online, our optical frames come with clear, logo-stamped demo lenses. We offer clear Plano, prescription, lens tints and blue light filter lenses for opticals and sunglasses in all six Cutler and Gross stores. Visit us for lenses using an existing prescription or have a comprehensive eye exam carried out by our team of expert optometrists. Alternatively, you can take your frame to a local optician to fit your prescription.
