A London classic, this frame has been a staple in the Cutler and Gross collection in some guise for almost 40 years.
1985 saw the first incarnation of the 0772, named the 0137. In 2005 it was relaunched with a new model number and here we are in 2021. A classic revised once more in 9mm premium acetate and an eye size increased to 53mm.
It features a new temple design detail, first seen in 2010 on model 1018. Where the temple is thickened at the hinge for stability.
