Role Responsibility:

We are looking for a new Sales Support Administrator join the Wholesale Team at Cutler and Gross at our Head Office in London. You will provide support to the Sales Team and our external Sales Partners with order input, returns management and data management. The individual we are looking for will have an eye for detail, possess excellent organisational skill, be customer focused and have an interest in growing and developing their skills in a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Sales Team to assist with Sales Order Entry, actioning order requests for Sales Agents and Customers.
  • Working alongside our warehouse teams in London and Italy to manage customer returns and create credit notes.
  • Monitoring Daily Orders to ensure all customer requests are actioned ahead of shipment.
  • Creating weekly back-order reports to be shared with the Sales Team and external partners.
  • Creating weekly sales invoice reports to share with the Sales Team and external partners.
  • Assisting with Data Entry and ensuring data is correct and up to date on CRM and B2B Platforms.
  • Creating Pro Forma Invoices following on from stock deliveries
  • Organising sample shipments to Global Partners ahead of each new collection launch.
  • Monitoring stock levels for POS to assist with forecasting.
  • Placing telephone orders for customers.
  • Experience:

  • 1+ years’ experience in Data Entry/ Customer Service/ Data Admin Role
  • Good IT Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel is desirable and must be comfortable learning to use new software.
  • Proficiency in numeracy.

    The Role

    The successful applicant will be a forward thinking, creative, customer focused and commercial Clinical Manager Optometrist with excellent communication skills. This role will be a key member of the team, performing various tasks to support the delivery of exceptional service to our customers and to grow the Clinical side of the practice.

    Description of Duties

      Clinical Manager Tasks

    • • To act as the point of clinical expertise for the team and clients.
    • • Take the lead for all client complex eye conditions, including with assisting with the dispense where required
    • • Provide support and training for the team in ophthalmic health where relevant
    • • Act as a mentor to all trainee dispensing opticians
    • Optometry Tasks

    • • Deliver eye examinations to a high standard
    • • Examine eyes, using observation, instruments, pharmaceutical agents, to determine visual acuity and perception, focus and coordination and to diagnose diseases and other abnormalities such as glaucoma or colour blindness
    • • To use various pieces of equipment, to support the examination, including but not limited to phoropters and OCT
    • • To record the results of the eye examination on the patient management system and transmit electronically from the system all lens requirements ahead of’ face to face’ handover with the customer and dispenser
    • • Analyse test results and communicate them to the customers
    • • Develop a treatment plan, making recommendations to patients based on their visual needs and lifestyle
    • • Prescribe, supply, fit and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses and other vision aids
    • • Prescribe medications to treat eye diseases where permitted
    • • Educate and counsel patients on contact lens care, visual hygiene, lighting arrangements and safety factors
    • • Consult with and refer patients to ophthalmologist or other health care practitioner if additional medical treatment is determined necessary
    • • Provide patients undergoing eye surgeries, such as cataract and laser vision correction, with pre- and post-operative care
    • • Develop a rapport with clients and ensure they leave with the best experience
    • • Troubleshoot customers having problems and find solutions
    • • Be pro-active in the running of the practice by ensuring the practice is operating to its full potential and looking forward to growing the business
    • • Stay up to date with frame materials and methods of frame manufacturing
    • • Remain up to date with GOC rules and new optical developments
    • • Follow all PPE guidelines in the performance of eye examinations

    • • To share the relevant information for dispensing to the dispensing team member
    • • Give advice to patients on lens type, frames, and styling
    • • Take frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning
    • • Advise patients when adjustments or repairs to spectacles are needed
    • • Select, manage, and order a range of optical products
    • • Where required, order lenses from prescription houses
    • • Use of frame tracer to support the ordering of lenses, and fit lenses to frames in store
    • • Check lenses on delivery to ensure that they meet the required specifications
    • • Arrange and maintain shop display with the team in line with visual merchandising guidelines
    • • Supervise unqualified staff when required

    Job Description

    Siamo alla ricerca di un Responsabile Industrializzazione appassionato ed esperto nel settore dell'occhialeria per unirsi al nostro gruppo.

    Il candidato si occuperà dello sviluppo CAD, supportando la traduzione e l'implementazione dei CAM in piena collaborazione con l'ufficio tecnico e la produzione, occupandosi del completamento dei flussi di prototipazione e produzione. Analizzare, risolvere e implementare le questioni tecniche relative al processo di prototipazione, che hanno un impatto sul processo di produzione e sulle aspettative di qualità, facendo da ponte tra le funzioni.

     

    Responsabilità

    In qualità di principale collegamento tra il reparto Design e il reparto Prototipi/Produzione, coordinerà tutte le fasi del processo di realizzazione dei prototipi, interni ed esterni (outsourcing), traducendo gli schizzi estetici in prototipi finiti fattibili e di alta qualità, rispettando le scadenze e gli obiettivi. In particolare, avrà il compito di:

    Coordinare in modo proattivo la creazione di CAD completamente dettagliati con i componenti, pronti per la prototipazione e di conseguenza per i cicli di produzione, contribuendo in modo proattivo alla ricerca di soluzioni tecniche, allo sviluppo di materiali e componenti che avranno un impatto sui risultati estetici/tecnici e funzionali, tenendo conto dei costi.

    Gestire l'outsourcing dei componenti e lo sviluppo dei materiali, trattare con i fornitori, coordinare le parti interessate per raggiungere gli obiettivi e consegnare quindi i prodotti nei tempi e nei costi previsti.

    Controllare e certificare la conformità tecnica di TS e TCS con i responsabili della progettazione/ingegnerizzazione e della produzione.

    Ricerca e sviluppo per spingere i confini degli sviluppi verso nuove soluzioni.

    Controllare i partner esterni per verificare l'esecuzione e la progressione dei progetti.

    Contribuire in modo proattivo all'attuazione degli standard di qualità, prevedendo e prevenendo i problemi di qualità, suggerendo piani d'azione per migliorare la qualità quando si verificano i problemi.

    Competenze richieste

    Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in posizioni lavorative simili.

    Siamo alla ricerca di un Operatore macchine a controllo numerico settore occhialeria da inserire nel nostro team. Il candidato, che riporterà al responsabile di reparto, si occuperà dell'utilizzo di macchine utensili a controllo numerico computerizzato per la produzione dei vari componenti dell'occhiale, del carico e scarico di pezzi e/o di macchinari e del controllo qualità del prodotto in uscita.

    Requisiti e competenze richieste:

    • Breve esperienza pregressa nella mansione;

    • formazione ad indirizzo meccanico;

    • conoscenza dei principali tools di disegno tecnico, in particolare Rhinoceros + RhinoNC.;

    • Soft Skills: Buona propensione al team working, precisione, affidabilità, passione e entusiasmo
