Brand Marketing Assistant
We are recruiting for a Brand Marketing Assistant with a strong knowledge of the luxury industry and relevant brand experience to join our marketing team at our office in North West London.
 
 
Marketing:
  • Assisting the wider Marketing Team in the production of seasonal marketing assets
  • Responsible for compiling company materials such as presentations, brand books and guidelines
  • Assisting Special Projects Manager in procurement of marketing materials including POS and packaging
  • Competitor analysis, monitoring fashion and luxury industry activity and identifying opportunities for Cutler and Gross
  • Managing the critical path to ensure physical assets arrive on time and within budget
  • Attending and contributing to weekly team meetings
  • Project/Event support (campaign shoots, videos, store events, trade shows etc.)

Digital Marketing Officer

We are recruiting for a fashion marketer with a strong digital/content background to join our marketing team at our office in North West London.
 
Job Role:
Content management:
  • Creating and implementing content strategy across Cutler and Gross online presence
  • Communicating content to support multichannel network including online, retail and wholesale
  • Conceptualising and generating engaging, product-led content campaigns
  • Collating and creating content to support campaigns
Social media management:
  • Creating and implementing multi-channel social media strategy to support Cutler and Gross from a brand, e-commerce, wholesale, retail and PR perspective.
  • Generating and managing content for brand social media across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Linkedin.
  • Creating, sourcing and generating all social assets and scheduling through hootesuite CMS

Customer Service Manager

Location: London

Cutler and Gross currently seeking a Customer Service Manager with a strong knowledge of luxury industry and relevant brand experience to join our Customer Service Team at our Head Office in North West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable running of the customer service team, providing excellent customer service to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention whilst promoting this idea throughout the organization.  
This role will provide strong leadership, training and development to a high performing team that has a deep and extensive knowledge of all products and their features and benefits as well as holding a pervasive culture of putting the customer fist. It is also responsible for analysing the team and implementing new strategies and processes to improve customer service overall.
The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  
  • Setting the standard for customer service experience, creating engaged customers and facilitating organic growth
  • Identifying and assessing customer trends and making recommendations on implementing those trends that fit the brand image
  • Meeting financial objectives of the department by forecasting capacity appropriately and generating detailed reporting making use of data for multiple sources

Customer Service Assistant

The Role
Cutler and Gross are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to work within our Customer Service and Sales Department managing Cutler and Gross wholesale accounts, and support our logistics department and warehouse team, coordinating delivery and shipment of customer orders to destinations throughout the world.

The position will require applicants to have a strong interest in Fashion, ideally eyewear, a confident and friendly telephone manner, coupled with excellent writing skills in order to provide a professional and personal service to our customer base. 
 
The Person
The person should have an enquiring mind, although training will be given to enable the successful candidate to gain a thorough understanding of the Cutler and Gross product. By knowing and appreciating our entire collection, this person will be able to offer a personalised and knowledgeable service to our customers.

Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Location:

Cutler and Gross is recruiting for Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team at our Head Office in North West London Overall Purpose; to coordinate the supply chain process from the time the products arrive at the warehouse to leaving through to customers worldwide, ensuring that all customers orders are filled in a timely and accurate manner and that all supporting documentation is supportive. To also complete the customer experience by keeping both internal customers, as well as Sales agents and distributors informed of any changes to the supply chain.
Responsibilities
  • Prioritise customer orders and facilitate best planning for all the warehouse staff
  • Maintain routine to ensure all the planned metrics are met
  • Improve efficiency and cost of the department
  • Be able to provide up to date current information to all customers internally and externally
  • Provide all relevant departments with appropriate and timely reporting
