Location: Head Office - North west london

PA to Company Directors/ Office Manager 
TERM: 3 months probation period with a view to becoming permanent
Weekly hours: 37.5
Location: Neasden (20 Minutes to Brent Cross)
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and robust individual to join the company as Personal Assistant to the Company Directors/Office Manager.
Your main responsibilities:
·         Providing full daily organizational support to the Directors
·         Extensive diary management; organize, coordinate and schedule all internal and external appointments
·         Being a gatekeeper, monitoring all communications for the Company Directors
·         Organising meetings and arranging all facilities required
·         Preparing packs for Director’s monthly meetings
·         Follow-up of these monthly meetings to ensure monitoring and delivery of all action committed to
·         Regular liaison and collaboration with Senior Heads of Department
·         Arrange and coordinate all UK and international travel requirements for Directors and other employees
·         Responsibility for the smooth running of the office; organizing and managing the day-to-day office administration tasks – ordering of supplies, managing external contractors
·         Manage invoices and administer payments
·         Responsibility for monitoring various ongoing projects
·         HR – recruitment, new employee enrollment 
·         Organizing and assisting Wholesales team with major trade shows.
·         Assisting PR & Marketing team with collection launches; photoshoots, product shots
·         The ability to go the extra mile is a prerequisite
Desired Skills & Experience
·         You will be skilled collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting data
·         You find it easy to accurately understand figures, budgets and targets
·         You are excellent in your use of all MS Office software and the internet
·         Your excellent telephone manner and natural yet professional countenance will foster confidence of both colleagues and clients
·         An able communicator, you have an excellent command of spoken and written English
·         In representing the Directors you will be well-presented in a way that demonstrates your appreciation of fashion
·         Punctuality and good-timekeeping are essential to the role
·         A keen attention to small detail, efficient and organised working practices are essential
·         Your high personal standards mean there is no need to be chased by the Directors as all matters will be completed to a high standard within the required time-frame
·         You will be skilled in following-up, monitoring and chasing all outstanding matters
·         A high degree of loyalty and discretion is essential - both of which you will be able to demonstrate at interview
·         Experience in the optical, sunglass or fashion industry is valued.
·         An ability to speak foreign languages is valued though not essential

Credit Controller

Location: Head Office - North west london

TITLE:              Credit Controller
REPORT TO:    Chief Financial Officer
LOCATION:      16 – 18 Propeller Park, 400 NCR Business Centre, London NW10 0AB
TERM:             Permanent role, full time 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5.30pm

Purpose of Job/Key objectives
This sole Credit Controller role working in the accountancy team is responsible for the management of all sales ledgers for the Cutler and Gross group of companies. The main objective of the role is to ensure all customer payments are made in line with credit terms and to work with the wholesale sales team to provide exceptional customer service.
Daily Operations
  • Responsible for all sales ledgers
  • Posting all receipts to customer accounts
  • Preparation of retail sales journals
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts, including the Cutler and Gross website and retail locations
  • Preparation and distribution of customer statements on a monthly basis
  • Chasing any overdue debts daily via telephone calls & email
  • Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
  • Perform credit checks for all new customers
  • Escalating any overdue invoices with the debt collectors
  • Preparation of a weekly debtors report, indicating overdue debts, proforma payments received and new credit approvals
  • Analysis of weekly retail sales by stock unit for Logistics team for stock replenishments
  • Weekly retail and wholesale sales and orders reporting
  • Preparation of Agents monthly commission reports
  • Assistance with bank reconciliations where required
  • Assist with raising sales invoices, credit notes, sales and purchase orders when required
  • To assist in the implementation of and maintenance of robust internal control systems across the organisation by identifying problems, improving practices and writing new procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end debtor reports for financial audit
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve queries
  • General ad hoc duties
Work Experience:
  • Full or part qualified AAT or equivalent with at least 3 years experience in credit control
  • Experience in dealing with international clients whose first language is not English
  • A confident self-starter with the ability to operate within a growing business
  • Previous exposure in a sole collections role
