Customer Service Manager

Location: London

Cutler and Gross currently seeking a Customer Service Manager with a strong knowledge of luxury industry and relevant brand experience to join our Customer Service Team at our Head Office in North West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable running of the customer service team, providing excellent customer service to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention whilst promoting this idea throughout the organization.  
This role will provide strong leadership, training and development to a high performing team that has a deep and extensive knowledge of all products and their features and benefits as well as holding a pervasive culture of putting the customer fist. It is also responsible for analysing the team and implementing new strategies and processes to improve customer service overall.
The successful candidate’s key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  
  • Setting the standard for customer service experience, creating engaged customers and facilitating organic growth
  • Identifying and assessing customer trends and making recommendations on implementing those trends that fit the brand image
  • Meeting financial objectives of the department by forecasting capacity appropriately and generating detailed reporting making use of data for multiple sources
  • Closely collaborate with our Agents and other Customer Service Managers across the globe
  • Investigating complex and escalated incidents resulting in finding appropriate solutions that benefit the company and brand
  • Creating an enjoyable working environment for the team promoting passion, focus and discipline through motivating them to always go above and beyond for customers through providing consistent feedback and leadership in line with the brand
 
The successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication and people skills, hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position and preferably have a business management/administration degree.

Customer Service Assistant

The Role
Cutler and Gross are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to work within our Customer Service and Sales Department managing Cutler and Gross wholesale accounts, and support our logistics department and warehouse team, coordinating delivery and shipment of customer orders to destinations throughout the world.

The position will require applicants to have a strong interest in Fashion, ideally eyewear, a confident and friendly telephone manner, coupled with excellent writing skills in order to provide a professional and personal service to our customer base. 
 
The Person
The person should have an enquiring mind, although training will be given to enable the successful candidate to gain a thorough understanding of the Cutler and Gross product. By knowing and appreciating our entire collection, this person will be able to offer a personalised and knowledgeable service to our customers.

Eyewear Designer

Location: Neasden

Cutler and Gross is looking for an individual with a proven track record in the design of acetate, metal & metal combination frames. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and preparing sketches of new eyewear concepts based on the specifications set per the Commercial Brand Brief and licensor requests.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate practical experience within the eyewear industry to:
  • interface with our factory to research and develop innovative construction details, material combinations, new production/design, techniques, etc.),
  • assist in the prototype and CAD development and revisions.
  • work with our (Paul Smith) licensor account team and be able to present on trend and variable styles to compliment the (Paul Smith) brand.
  • A collection is required for another important diffusion brand to be launched in 2021.
The successful candidate will responsible for continual research and sharing of trends in eyewear and fashion markets as requested,
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer in Italy, the role will be working with our factory based in the Veneto region of Italy.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working with luxury brands, the ability to identify and interpret brand USP, and effective communication skills, especially within a small team.
High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop; practice skills include proficiency in sketching, design vision, concept ideation and development, 2D colour renderings and 2D CAD
5 years’ experience as an Eyewear Designer preferred.

JUNIOR E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

The Role
Cutler and Gross are looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to work with customer service and managing the daily running of the Cutler and Gross online service. Including uploading assets to the website when required.

The licensed/certified optician assists in leading our store to success by constantly delivering an extraordinary experience to exceed service expectations to our clients. Sales Assistant - Knightsbridge.

Location: Knightsbridge

An exciting opportunity has been created in our Knightsbridge store. Our Flagship store celebrates 50 years of trading,  and with a strong client base it’s an exciting time to join the team as the store continues to grow and deliver exemplary customer service.
 
We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our Retail  team as an Optical Assistant, the role will include dispensing spectacles, carrying out Spectacle and Sunglass personal styling and providing advice to customers based in the flagship store at Knightsbridge.
The role will  include front of house duties and general administration to efficiently keep the store running smoothly and providing the highest level customer service.
All training will be provided in store.
 
Key responsibilities-
  • Welcoming customers and offering styling assistance
  • Working across all aspects of the shop floor including reception, offering advice, arranging appointments and taking payments.
  • Dispensing spectacles of all levels & Supporting the Ophthalmic Team.
  • Ensuring the store environment is merchandised to our daily standards and directions from our Retail Team.
  • Checking weekly stock arrivals and spot stock checks.
Our ideal candidate will have:
 
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Be flexible and willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
  • Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
