We provide a range of complimentary and paid-for repair services at our stores and online.
All eyewear purchased in a Cutler and Gross store or cutlerandgross.com comes with a warranty that covers manufacturer defects for two years from the date of purchase.
Please note, Cutler and Gross frames purchased from a stockist will not be covered by our two-year warranty. If you have questions about product warranties or repairs, please contact the stockist you purchased your frames from, as their services may differ.
Services
If your frame was purchased within the last two years from cutlerandgross.com or a Cutler and Gross store, and you have taken the necessary safeguarding measures to protect them, you may be entitled to a complimentary polish or replacement under the guarantee.
For any queries regarding warranty, contact our Customer Care team via email help@cutlerandgross.com. Please note you will be asked to provide proof of purchase.
While repair prices vary on factors such as frame style and service needed, our online Customer Care team and in-store opticians will be able to provide you a quote depending on the fix required.
If you require a repair, for example a hinge replacement, scratched lenses or spare parts, contact us via help@cutlerandgross.com, or head to your nearest Cutler and Gross store.
