Job Title: Sales Associate
Reporting to: Store Manager

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (5 days out of 7, Monday – Saturday, 9.30am to 6pm, 37.5 hours per week)

The Role:
Cutler and Gross is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to be an integral part of our growing team. Description of Duties
- Greet and serve all customers providing a friendly service and delivering a full and memorable experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, every time. Whether by email, over the phone or in person in the store.
- Ensure familiarity with the product range past and present to provide customers with as much detail as possible.
- Provide reliable information to customers in all matters relating to sales and customer service.
- Can present and conduct themselves in a professional manner to both customers and colleagues.
- Can communicate clearly to customers and colleagues.
- Arrange client appointments using the client management system tools and web booking portal.
- To record the results of each client’s, dispense on the system and initiate lens and frame orders electronically to the supplier.
- Advise clients when adjustments or repairs to spectacles are needed.
- Check lenses on delivery to ensure that they meet the required specification.
- Maintain correct processing of all stock deliveries to store, booking into system and processing store exchanges.
- All transactions to be handled in a responsible and secure way.
- Dealing with and handling of cash, credit cards and international currency.
- Ensure the store is always kept clean and presentable.
- Arrange, maintain, and clean shop display with the team in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Attend briefing sessions as directed by your line manager.
- Assist with regular stocktakes.
- Assist in controlling shrinkage by attentive action on the shop floor, merchandise handling, accident prevention and careful operation of the till and administration policies and procedures.
- Pro-actively support the running of the store to operate to its full potential and contribute to the store reaching its monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow all PPE, Health and Safety and cleanliness guidelines in the in the workplace for clients and staff.
- Additional administrative tasks as required.
Skills Required
- Must have a natural passion for eyewear and selling luxury products preferred.
- Ability to style frames and sunglasses with consideration to fitting the face immaculately.
- Have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good IT literacy - Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook and aptitude to learn new software.
- Have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- A flexible and ‘can do’ working style with a willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team, and on own initiative.
- You will need empathy and creativity to build trust with the customers.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload.

The Role:
Cutler and Gross is seeking enthusiastic Dispensing Opticians to be an integral part of our growing team. To be successful in this role, you will be a recently qualified dispensing optician, be a passionate and driven professional, eager to work with eyewear of the highest quality, and with a focus on delivering a superb customer experience.
Description of Duties:
- Supply, fit and adjust glasses to a high standard with imagination and flare.
- Use of equipment, including Essilor Visioffice, to take frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning.
- To interpret the prescription and to develop a dispense plan, making recommendations on lens type and frame compatibility to clients based on their visual needs and lifestyle.
- Assist with maintaining client electronic records, including email addresses and contact telephone numbers.
- Arrange client appointments using the client management system tools and web booking portal and complete triage protocols as required.
- To record the results of each client’s, dispense on the system and initiate lens and frame orders electronically to the supplier.
- Use of a frame tracer to support the ordering of lenses, and fit lenses to frames in store.
- Advise clients when adjustments or repairs to spectacles are needed.
- Check lenses on delivery to ensure that they meet the required specification.
- Assist with all stock deliveries to store, booking into system and attaching price tags where required.
- Arrange, maintain, and clean shop display with the team in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Attend daily and weekly meetings with management.
- Assist with regular stocktakes.
- To consistently deliver high quality dispensing and respond to feedback in a positive and constructive way.
- Pro-actively support the running of the practice to operate to its full potential.
- Follow all PPE, Health and Safety and cleanliness guidelines in the in the workplace for clients and staff.
- Additional administrative tasks as required.

- At least 1 years’ pre graduate experience working as Dispensing Optician

The Role:
A mid-weight graphic designer with the passion, attention to detail and drive to deliver best in class brand assets for the business. This role is ideal for a digitally fluent designer with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for luxury brands and a portfolio that reflects creativity, consistency, and sophistication.
The Digital Designer will help us deliver innovative, world-class design across the Cutler and Gross B2B and B2C website, social media, email, digital advertising channels and digital marketing material.
As a key member of the Marketing team, the position relies on a confident creative with energy, professionalism, and collaborative outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality digital assets including website content, journal, newsletters, paid social and digital advertising.
- Work with Marketing, Sales and Ecomm teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all digital touchpoints, including engaging editorial content, press packs, lookbooks and digital sales catalogues.
- Supporting on the visual development and creative execution of the Cutler and Gross website (Shopify), ensuring it reflects the brand’s luxury positioning, intuitive navigation, and elevated user experience.
- Translate campaign concepts into digital executions with a strong understanding of layout, typography, motion and animation.
- Work with the Ecomm team on updating assets to support our affiliate marketing strategy.
- Design visually impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal use, including sales meetings and cross-departmental communications.
- Actively seek opportunities to understand better how our customer interacts with the desktop and mobile site, designing with a user-centric approach.
- Oversee guideline execution with bespoke requests from our key accounts and stockists.
- Stay current with graphics, typography, photographic, cultural and fashion trends plus new techniques within the graphic design industry.
Skills required:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in luxury fashion graphics and design role with a discerning eye for quality. Experience in eyewear would be a bonus.
- Ideas driven with the ability to present ideas with creative flair and confidence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong ability with typography.
- Must be highly organised and remain calm under pressure with the ability to multi-task and achieve deadlines across numerous projects.
- Meticulous attention to detail and committed to delivery of best-in-class assets.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in Adobe CC software; Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
- Skilled in crafting on-brand presentation using PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Experience of CMS systems and confident in HTML.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Voyado and Figma would be beneficial.
- Ability to thoughtfully utilise AI tools to enhance and streamline the design process.
- A genuine interest in luxury fashion, photography and world of art and design.

Job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Control Manager to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debts across a diverse range of companies, from small local businesses to international distributors. This role requires strong mathematical skills, a customer service focus, and the ability to work closely with the sales team to ensure effective credit management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the credit control function, managing debts across various companies and regions.
- Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures to minimise risk and optimise cash flow.
- Monitor and analyse credit data and financial statements to assess creditworthiness.
- Manage and resolve complex credit issues and disputes with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align credit control strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on credit control activities and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments and address any concerns.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports for board-level presentations.
- Conduct regular audits of credit control processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
