Size Guide
From bold mavericks to quiet, reflective thinkers, we believe we have something for everyone out there. Our Size Guide will help direct you towards optical and sunglasses that suit you best and how to find your measurements, so your unique personality can shine through your frames.

How To Choose
Your frames above all should feel comfortable, especially for long usage. Following our practical tips will help you determine whether a frame is right for you, or if there are alternative styles better suited.
- Your pupils should sit in the centre of the lenses.
- Your eyebrows should not be inside the frame, unless this is a desired effect.
- Your frames should not slide down your nose or slip with cheek movement.
- Frames should sit on your nose bridge — the slope between the nose and the eyes

Key Measurements
When choosing frames there are four main points to measure: lens width — also known as eye size, bridge width, temple length and lens height. These measurements will help point to frames best suited for small, medium and large face sizes.

- This should be at least 30mm for progressives.

Finding Your Measurements
Cutler and Gross frames feature their measurements, discreetly engraved on the inner right temple. For example, an engraving of 50 □ 21 (145) indicates a lens width of 50mm, bridge width of 21mm and temple arm length of 145mm. Alongside this, our online Frame Finder features an integrated measurement filter to further search for the right pair.

What To Consider
Although finding the right frames may feel daunting, we offer support every step of the way. Cutler and Gross offer complimentary frame adjustments for optimal fit. These include:
- Adjustments to the temples, whether they need to be tightened or loosened, or adjusted slightly to give more or less length behind the ears.
- Adjustments for crooked frames, whether that be the bridge or the temples.
If further adjustments are needed, we are also able to add nose pads to the majority of our frames to help them sit up for a better fit. Please resist the temptation to adjust your frames yourself, as they can break without professional tools and guidance.

Global Fit Frames feature longer and slightly flatter nose projections on acetate frames, and are a better match for anyone with a flatter nose bridge.
