RATES & POLICY

Due to the recent export regulation changes following Brexit, shipments from the UK are currently subject to some delay out of our control. Our Logistics Team is working quickly to prepare orders for despatch, and we hope delivery of shipments will resume normal service as soon as possible. Therefore whilst we have confirmed your order, we won’t deduct payment until we are ready to ship. Please expect shipping times of up to 14 days to all worldwide destinations, as we operate a limited delivery service. Cutlerandgross.com offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. Please note that the customer is liable for any custom charges incurred. Shipments to PO mailboxes are not possible and will be automatically cancelled.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Please be aware that you will be liable to pay any import duty that is levied against your order upon receiving the goods to your shipping destination. The duty and/or import tax is charged to you by the government of your shipping destination. The price you will pay at checkout is not inclusive of any tax/import duty, we are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandones and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for refund. 

Once an order ships (all orders are processed within one hour) and is in transit, we are not able to cancel the order.

DELIVERY TRACKING

When your order is ready to ship, an email will be sent to you confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number.
