Free Worldwide Shipping

Free shipping for all orders with DHL. The below delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to change. They may vary depending on the delivery location. 

• UK (express): 1 to 2 working days
• US: 2 to 5 working days
• EU: 2 to 5 working days
• RoW: 3 to 10 working days

We aim to ship your order no more than 24 hours after it has been placed, however if it is placed on a Friday afternoon, it will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Due to a high volume of orders, shipping might take longer than usual. 

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders outside the UK and EU are required to pay import duties and taxes, for which the customer is liable. Rates vary according to country so the price at checkout is not inclusive of any import duties and tax that you may have to pay. Please be aware that orders placed for multiple frames will incur higher customs fees due to the higher order value.

To calculate the cost, please contact your local carrier or customs office.  

Refusal to Pay Tax

If you do not pay the customs/import fees by the correct date, your order will be returned to Cutler and Gross. Once we have received your order, a refund will be processed. There will be a deduction from your refund to cover the cost of the return, which will vary depending on the location.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
