If you wish to return your frame(s), you have 28 days from when your order arrives to do so. Please note, we do not currently offer exchanges for online orders.
The frame(s) must be unworn and in its original condition with no signs of wear. All items must be returned, including the case, cleaning cloth, and valid invoice/order number. We can only accept frame(s) purchased from cutlerandgross.com and cannot accept personalised frames.
To return your frame(s), please log in to your account at cutlerandgross.com and follow the below steps:
· Select ‘My Returns’
· Select ‘Request a New Return’
· Select the correct order number and click ‘Apply’
· Select the item(s) you wish to return and enter the reason
· Select ‘Submit’
