Il lavoro:
L’impiegato Amminstrativo lavorerà con la Responsabile Amministrativa nel gestire cicli passivi ed attivi delle due aziende - la fabbrica ed il centro logistico di Cadore. Il principale obiettivo del ruolo è di assicuare che tutte le transazioni attive e passive siano inserite nel sistema gestionale in un modo preciso e puntuale.

 

Lavoro quotidiano

Contabilità:

  • La contabilizzazzione delle fatture di acquisto
  • Inserimento di fatture passive in conti fornitori
  • Emissione di ordini di acquisto e l’invio ai fornitori quando richiesti
  • Inserimento di note di credito ricevute di fornitori e reconciliazione delle fatture
  • Inserirmento di pagamenti dei fornitori
  • Roteizzazzioni dei pagamenti dei fornitori
  • Bilanciamento mensile dei contri attraverso gli estratti contri dei fornitori
  • Aiutare nella preparazione dei resoconti creditizi annuali ai fini di inspezioni fiscali

  • Preparazione ed invio di estratti conto ai clienti su base mensile

Cutler and Gross is looking for an Optician to join our team at our Melrose Avenue flagship boutique in West Hollywood.
The position will require applicants to have a strong interest in fashion, specifically eyewear, a confident and friendly telephone manner, coupled with a confident sales technique in order to provide a professional and personal service to our customers. Acumen for relationship building is a must. 

 

The Person
The person should have an enquiring mind, although training will be given to enable the successful candidate to gain a thorough understanding of the Cutler and Gross product. By knowing and appreciating our entire collection, this person will be able to offer a personalized and knowledgeable service to our customers. The position allows scope for professional growth within Cutler and Gross for a person with the right aptitude and attitude.

 

Skills and experience

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Finance Manager

REPORT TO: Chief Financial Officer

Purpose of Job/Key objectives

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the day to day activities of the finance function in Italy over two trading companies, the manufacturing and the wholesale logistics entities, to ensure all financial data is accurately processed into the accounting systems on a timely basis, and that all stakeholders can fully rely upon the financial information provided.

 

Daily Operations

  • Management of the day to day activities of the finance function and oversee the finance team
  • Preparation of the monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reports adhering to set deadlines for the two trading entities
  • To ensure all relevant journal entries, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and all other balance reconciliations are processed
  • Preparation of year-end Financial Accounts and liaison with Auditors
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly statutory returns, including VAT returns, Intrastat and EC Sales Lists
  • General ad hoc reporting for the CFO
  • Assist the CFO in financial modelling and analysis, including budgets, forecasts and cash flow
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly inventory reports, and oversee all stocktaking activities to ensure the valuations are a true reflection of the inventory in hand
  • Analysis of inventory margins to maximise profitability
  • Work with the manufacturing team to analyse all production costs, agree standard costs and update periodically to ensure that gross profit is maintained
  • Liaise with the product development and design team to prepare indicative costs of new product designs to ensure that they are within the agreed pricing structure to ensure adequate profitability
  • Implementation of and maintenance of robust internal control systems across the organisation by identifying problems, improving practices and writing new procedures
  • Lead the implementation of new systems to provide enhanced reporting and analysis for the business
  • To oversee all courier agreements to ensure best prices are achieved combined with efficient and accurate deliveries to customers
  • To work with the finance team and act as a mentor to provide assistance and advice where required
  • Liaise with 3rd parties where required, including accountants, auditors and banks

Work Experience:

Cutler and Gross is a next generation independent optician and eye wear manufacturing business. Founded in 1969 By Tony Gross and Graham Cutler, Cutler and Gross is known for its authoritive, influential frame designs and is well respected by customers and those inside the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will already be studying dispensing optics, be a passionate and driven professional, eager to work with eyewear of the highest quality, and with a focus on delivering a superb customer experience.

Description of Duties:

  • Supply, fit and adjust glasses to a high standard with imagination and flare.
  • To use the various pieces of equipment to take frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity with Cutler and Gross has arisen for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join the team with knowledge of the key concepts across SEO, PPC, social media, affiliate and email marketing.

Primarily the successful candidate will help define and implement a digital strategy across the brand new Cutler and Gross websites for overall support of the multichannel network, which includes retail and wholesale.  They will also be responsible for conceptualising and generating engaging, online product-led content campaigns. 

 

Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive

  • Creating organic SEO-optimised content across the entire digital infrastructure
  • Tracking and analysing KPI metrics to propose solutions for the conversion/performance increase
  • Delivery of weekly/monthly reports, reporting on online sales, site and social media channel performance
  • Development and creation of emails based on a structured annual email marketing content plan. Generate tactics for consistent email marketing subscriber growth
  • Writing and editing content across digital platforms and blog posts. Ability to produce engaging copy which inspires and is on-brand
  • Implementation of website content, including updates to homepage messaging.
  • Online product management curation for seasonal launches, partner collaborations and business as usual periods
