Delivery in time for Christmas
To ensure that your gift arrives in time for Christmas, please note the following dates:
UK: order by 12pm on Wednesday 20th December
EU (except Greece): order by 12pm on Wednesday 13th December
GR: order by 12pm on Monday 11th December
USA and CA: order by 12pm on Thursday 14th December
RoW: order by 12pm on Wednesday 13th December
Extended Returns
During the Holiday season, any orders on or after the 24th November 2023 can be returned for a refund (subject to the above requirements) with proof of a valid receipt until 31st January 2024.
Delivery
All orders are shipped with free shipping via DHL, you will receive an email with the tracking details. Please note that delivery times are given as a guide only. Custom fees payable outside the EU. Estimated shipping times below.
UK: 1 to 2 working days
EU: 7 to 10 working days
US and ROW: 10 to 14 working days
Returns and Exchanges
