To help you find a good fit, as a guide you can use an existing pair that you are comfortable wearing.
The markings inside the frame arm refer to the dimensions (in mm) of the lens, bridge and arm width respectively.
For the perfect fit your eyes should sit centrally in each lens, However, you can afford to experiment with a few millimetres either side of your existing lens and bridge dimensions.
Or, you can allow a few millimetres leeway either side….
Don’t worry too much about the arm length, as this can usually be adjusted to fit you by a skilled optician.
As a general guideline, these ranges suit average head size;
Small 41 - 47
Medium 47 - 52
Large 53 +
Smaller bridge dimensions and larger noses don't make the best companions!
You can go slightly bigger with sunglasses. Darker lenses, mean your eyes don’t have to sit centrally.
